Every request is reviewed against your available balance, your withdrawal point requirement, the destination details you supply, and applicable compliance checks. Requests may be placed under review, approved, rejected with a stated reason, or completed.
4. Withdrawal points
A minimum withdrawal point threshold applies to every account. Where your balance of points is below the configured threshold, withdrawal requests cannot be completed until the threshold is met. The applicable threshold is displayed on your dashboard.
5. Fees and net proceeds
Processing fees are shown before you confirm a request, along with the net amount payable and an estimated processing window. Estimates are not guarantees; third-party networks and banks may introduce delays outside our control.
6. Accuracy of destination details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, networks, bank names, account numbers and routing or SWIFT codes. Transfers sent to details you provided incorrectly may be irrecoverable.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with platform security, or submit falsified information.
8. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or closed where required for security, compliance or by law. Suspended accounts retain read access to their history where permitted.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
